How You Can Deal with the Headache Pains So You Can Live a
Normal Life Again!
I'll tell you this... headache pains are the worst... sometimes they are so bad that you
can miss time at work... or miss out on normal activies that you normally enjoy doing but can't..jpg)
So the first thing you can do is learn how to identify the headaches that you are having... which will help you
figure out how to treat or avoid whatever is causing the headaches from happening.
Just know this... not all headaches are the same! And different types of headaches require a different type of
treatment... it should be clear to you as your read on this article...
Let's start off with the first type of headache pain... if you determine that the headache pains are coming
above or below your eyes... or above your teeth... then you are probably suffering from sinus infection or sinus
headaches. Obviously, this type of headaches is caused by a stufed up sinuses or congestations... sometimes by

However, if you seek over the counter medication... something with pseudoephedrine is a good help. Also you may
want to treat your allergies symptoms and see if it helps eliminate the headache pains.
The next type of headache pain to consider is one that is caused by muscle tension. You see, muscle tension from
your neck, face, shoulders and/or your back can contribute to your muscle tension headaches. The best basic
treatment is pain relievers. You may need to get your Doctor's help for stronger medication if it is required.
I have heard of two "natural" ways you can treat tensed muscles. The first is through meditation and the other
is stretching your muscles. The best thing about these two ideas is... you don't have to pay a thin dime for them.
And the other is you won't run the risk of adverse side effects of medications.
The last type of headache pain that I want to talk about is caused by migraine headaches. Now, migraines are caused by the constriction of
blood vessels in your brain. And they can be extremely uncomfortable and painful. They can also cause severe
abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, speech problems and you may have trouble seeing through your eyes.
Unfortunately, this is the time to bring in your doctor... you don't have a choice. Your doctor will determine
the appropriate medication to help alleviate your headache pain and help you figure out what exactly is triggering
the migrains and how to avoid these triggers.
And once these issues are taken care of... you should be able to enjoy a higher quality of life.
Now headache pains are definitely capable of making your life miserable... I suggest that you figure out what
type of headaches you are having and then you can go from there to finding the correct treatment to relief the pain
caused by the headaches.
