How to Determine if Your Sinus Headache Nausea is Important to
Treatment
I want you to know that if you are suffering from sinus headache nausea... that this very symptom can
actually help your family doctor figure out how to treat your condition. And when you are experiencing the nausea,
you may also be suffering from a severe migraine headache which is no fun at all.
So it is quite important to set up an appointment with your doctor if you are experiencing the combination of a
sinus headache and nausea. Your doctor will know exactly how to diagnose and treat your pain. Because you see, over
the counter medication may not be strong enough and be ineffective in relieving your migraine. And to top it off...
combining both the migrain and the nausea typically requires a different treatment.
Let me explain...
You see, migraine headache medication comes in various forms... anywhere from
swallowing pills to other ways to administer medication to your body. But if you have nausea... it is pretty
obvious that you wouldn't want to swallow your medication because you might upchuck them!
So instead of swallowing your medication... you are going to have to try something else and that is what your
medical doctor can determine for you. You may be given a prescription for a nasal type spray to help prevent and
relieve your headaches. And this can be a good idea because of the fact that you won't be swallowing pills that CAN
upset your stomach even more especially if you do have nausea.
Another way to take migraine medication is the type that you place under your tongue and it disolves in the
bloodstream throught the blood vessels under your tongue.
Your doctor may decide to inject you with medication to help relieve your headaches and nausea. And yeah... a
lot of folks have a problem with shots... but the key benefit of shots is that your medication goes straight into
your bloodstream right away and starts working to relieve your pain.
My suggest is if you are experiencing a severe headache and nausea... set up an appointment with your doctor.
They are experts in helping people figure out what is bothering them so they can return to a normal and pain free
life. And besides... your doctor should be able to rule out any serious complications that can also possibly be
causing your migraine headaches and nausea.
So if you want to return to your normal and painless life again... see your doctor about your sinus
headaches nausea symptoms right away before it gets any worst.
