Suggestions to Try for Natural Headache Relief
If you are feeling that throbbing pain from a headache... obviously the only real thing you want in this
situation is headache relief. And did you know there are different types of headaches... and there are different
methods used to bring about headache relief? Well, it's true.
But I can tell you that some of the common headaches can be cured just by rest while others may require a more
serious application. But take a look at some of the natural headache relief ideas that are tried and true
methods.
The first method is what I call the warm compress one. You can use a hot water bottle or a warm wash cloth to
apply to the area where you feel the pain of the headache. However, I want to make sure you know that it is best to
use moist heat rather than dry heat. And the reason for that is because moist heat works best for muscle tension...

Now, if you are suffering from a sinus headache... you should try what works very well for me... take a hot and

mucus. But sometimes... the pressure from your sinuses gives you the headaches and trying this may help provide

For the headaches caused by the stress and muscle tension... I strongly
suggest massages! In fact, I generally have regular massages but it really helps relieve the tension in my
body... just from the stresses of my daily life. It is normal... but if you can release the stress... your
headaches may go away.
There are different kinds of massages... I think it depends on your preference and the way your body responds to
the pressure. I love the deep tissue massages because my muscles can get really tensed.
Here is another idea to loosen your muscles. Take a stretching or yoga class and learn how to stretch your body.
You may find that stretching helps your muscle relax and eliminates your headaches due to tension in your
muscle.
The way I think about massages and stretching is that you are being proactive. You are taking care of your body
which in the long run means you will get less or no more headaches due to tension in the muscle. I think you should
try this way to see if it works for you.
Another area that most people miss is getting a great night sleep. Sleeping allows your body to relax and repair
itself so that you are alert and ready to attack the next day. However, if you have a lousy bed or unsupportive
pillows... you may find that sleeping is harder for you.
So try to educate yourself how to completely relax to sleep well every night. So you wake up refreshed and alert
without the pain of headaches ruining your day.

they help eliminate your headaches.
