List of Celebrities with Panic Attacks
You know, I was curious today about whether or not any celebrities or famous people came out and admitted they
also suffered from panic and anxiety attacks.
So I decided to do some research... and boy! I'll have to tell you this... I was surprised as all get out about
how many famous people did suffer from panic and anxiety attacks!!
And quite frankly, I should know better because 3.1% of the United States population has GAD or Generalized
Anxiety Disorder (according to The Anxiety Disorders Association of America).
So there! This list is probably not the most comprehensive and may not be 100% correct... but the point is that
many people suffer from anxiety and panic attacks...
So you are definitely NOT alone!!
And thinking about it... I wouldn't be surprised if the percentage of celebrities and famous people who have GAD
is actually higher than the general population. The reason being of course is being a celebrity does carry a price
tag.
They are under tremendous pressure from busy schedules and fans.
Again, my point is this... you are NOT alone and you should definitely seek help to cure your panic attacks. As
you probably know from browsing my website, that I recommend Panic
Away to quickly and permanently cure your panic and anxiety disorders... naturally.
I hope you find relief soon,
Kate :)
