		<description>I have a job working in construction. As a woman that posts all kinds of stress as you can imagine. When i have time my usual routine of relaxation is as follows: first, i have someone else cook for me like my kids who are teenagers 2. my middle daughter is a sweety and runs me a nice bath with candles and no other lights or sounds 3. i have one of those massangers for your back and i use it frequently because i am picking up 50lb items all day and it is a real heaven sent thing to have. Anyway, just take the time because if you don&#039;t you will just be a mess and no good to anybody.</description>

With the current economic climate, money has been tight for me and the stress of trying to keep on top of it all physically manifests itself in feeling like thousands of hot needles on my skin.  Only ever happens when I get stressed or panic.  So finding a way to help maintain control and relax would be great for me.</description>
