		<description>Marijuana is the ultimate de-stresser. If you live in a state where it is legal, you should do some research. I have insomnia, bipolar, and ADD and it has helped me with those disorders more than anything I&#039;ve ever used (and believe me, I&#039;ve been through them all). As for yoga, I have several friends who do yoga religiously and swear by it. It&#039;s a great way to relax your mind and your body together (not to mention become flexible once more!). Good luck with your self-discovery!</description>
