Robert Pattinson Reveals His Panic Attacks
Robert Pattinson is an English actor that is best known for being a vampire in the movie, “Twilight” and a forgotten extra in “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.”
Recently, he was a cover story for the GQ Magazine and Robert revealed that he also suffers from Panic Attacks.

In fact, he said that ten minutes into the film at the American Twilight premiere, he had to leave his mother in the theater and had a full blown panic attack in the car.
Poor guy!
My point is that just because you are rich and famous doesn’t make you immune to panic attacks, anxiety attacks or even to stress. I’m sure that many successful people put even greater pressure on themselves and “hide” there problems because it can be viewed as a weakness.
So kudos to Robert for being brave and revealing his condition in the interview. That must have been very, very hard to do.
So no matter who you are, I strongly urge you to deal with your anxiety and panic attacks. Hiding it or hoping that it will go away on it’s own it just wishful thinking.
And I went throught this… and looking back, if I had to do it all over again or if someone asked me about it… I would definitely deal with it… and the sooner you do this… the sooner you get on the path to healing yourself and living a normal life again.
I really wish the best for all of you…
Keep in touch and let me know what you are doing about your panic and anxiety attacks.
Later,
KateĀ

It is almost comforting to know that no one is immune to Panic attacks…However I feel the need to mention that Robert Pattinson was not “a forgotten extra” in HP… He was Cedric Diggory… Had a rather large role…

I hate getting panic attacks, but what’s helped me most is just stopping and sitting wherever I am and working on my breathing, by closing my eyes and imagining ‘my safe place’ and it helps me! I get panic attacks, if something scares me or Im worried about something!
