Overcoming Anxiety and Panic Attacks Part 1
Anyone that had an panic attack experience knows how devastating they can be. And it is a vicious never ending cycle that happens over and over again. Overcoming anxiety and panic attacks is important if you ever want to get your normal life back again. Anxiety and panic attacks can touch every part of your life. For instance:
It can touch your personal life.
I couldn’t begin to tell you how much ridicule an disbelief you can get from close friends and family member when you reveal to them your sufferings. And because of that experience, I am not surprise that most sufferers learn not to tell anyone else about it again. As a result, keeping quiet about your panic and anxiety attacks makes your pain much worse.
It can also touch your professional or work life too. Just like your private life, you would never in a million years dare to tell a co-worker or even your boss that you suffer from panic or anxiety attacks. It could have a major effect on your career path or employment opportunities. As a result, most of those who suffer from anxiety or panic attacks keep their secrets… hidden, and never seek the help they need.
I’ll be talking more about overcoming anxiety and panic attacks in my next blog post.
Until then, TTYL,
Kate
