Looking for Peace from Your Panic Attacks?
Dear Reader,
If you are not too sure if you had a panic attack… consider these typical situations:
Have you ever ended up at the emergency room because you or your family thought you were having a heart attack… only to be told by the medical staff that your heart is OK and your symptoms might be due to anxiety?
Have you ever felt like you might stop breathing because you are having trouble taking a breath… and your chest feels tight?
How about when you are driving your automobile and you find yourself worrying about getting stuck in the traffic, hemmed in on the bridge or even experience anxiety while stopping at a red light?
Do you sometimes feel like you are just about to lose “control” and do something that you will regret?
Do you feel nervous all the time? Are you always fighting off the anxious thoughts that won’t go away?
When you go out to town… do you feel uncomfortable in closed spaces such as the movie theator, grocery stores, trains or even while getting your hair trimmed at the hair salon?
Do you feel yourself being MORE nervous than usual? More worried or more afraid than you normally are?
If you choose one or more of the situations abover, it could mean that you are experiencing anxiety attacks or panic attacks. And no matter what, you should see your doctor first to rule out everything else first.
Because you see, anxiety attacks and panic attacks are more common than you think. You are not alone and you shouldn’t be embarrassed or afraid to seek out the solution to end these conditions. I recommend that you take a look at Panic Away written by Barry Joe McDonagh.
Joe was a former sufferer of panic attacks and he figured out a pychological trick that anyone can use to eliminate the fear of panic attacks… forever. And the best thing? Well, you don’t have to fear anymore…
I’ll talk to you later,
KateĀ
