Hi Linda,
Thanks for the invite. i need to understand the difference between anxiety disorders and anxiety attacks. I think i have a lifetime of repressed anxiety that is just starting to surface now (even though life is relatively peaceful now) because i have consciously chosen to give repressed anxiety permission to surface. What also concerns/interests me is that this anxiety moves from my abdomen area down to my genital area.
thanks
Mary

Hi,
I have had anxiety and panic attacks for 15 years. I also have a hiatus hernia and have been told that acid reflux can give similar symptoms to an anxiety attack. Could you tell me what your opinion is on this?

Hi everybody! Thanks so much for your comments!
Linda, I will definitely keep posting tips how to manage your stress because I think it is so important to our overall mental health and quality of life.
Tanya, that is the thing about the symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks. They can be similar to the symptoms of more serious health problems. And THAT is why I always tell my readers to get yourself checked out by your family doctor!
Later guys and keep the comments coming…

Hi Joanne,
I’m really sorry to hear about that! I know you ended that relationship because you recognized it for what it is…
Have you tried “Panic Away” by Barry Joe McDonagh yet? I really recommended it for my readers… and besides… this book has helped over 27,000 former sufferers of panic attacks.
Good luck… I’m rooting for you,
Kate
