How to Prevent Causes of Anxiety & Stress Symptom
This is a short blog post how you can prevent the causes of anxiety & stress symptom from taking over and controlling your life.
I’m going to list several scenarios that you may be unaware of that might apply to you…
- Home finance and too much debt — this is a big one… many folks have a hard time managing their budget and resisting the temptation to buy luxury items they really can’t afford.
- Working too much — long hours and little time to spend with your family really, really sucks. The main question to ask yourself… is the stress and frustration really worth the hours at work?
- Avoiding conflict – one of the major causes of stress is avoiding conflict with those who take advantage of our valuable time. Many successful and popular people figured out how to gracefully say “No” without hurting others’ feelings.
- Doing too many things at once – a simple metaphor is that a juggler only has so many hands… so expecting to take on too many tasks practically guarantees that you will fail… which adds on to your stress levels.
