Anxiety Management Part 1
Learning how to manage your anxiety is a pretty important life skill for many folks. And some of us can do anxiety management more easily than others. Which leaves a lot of us who do need some help… now anxiety isn’t something that happens once for most of us. It is an experience that happens a lot. Which is normal… until you let the worry get out of hand and constantly worry about something.
And excessive worrying can lead to mental health issues… because your body is wired to your head. This is a simplistic explanation of why when we have anxiety and panic attacks… we also experience symptoms in our bodies too.
For instance, you can experience shaking and shortness of breath… and other physical symptoms that doesn’t appear serious at first… but they keep happening…
It is time you stand up and take notice… that you should seek the care and advice of your family physician.
I’ll talk some more about anxiety management and how you can find your way back into a normal life again,
