Anxiety Management Part 3
Part of anxiety management is listening to your body. What I mean is when you feel anxiety, your body is going to respond the way it is supposed to do. And that is react to whatever the stressor is. Now normally, a little reaction is good because this is how you perceive danger and survive. But constant anxiety is not that great.
As a result, your body may suffer from digestive problems, sleeping problems and other anxiety disorder symptoms.
So if your anxiety is controlling your life in such a way that you can no longer enjoy living a normal life. It is time to get some help. For your mental health as well as for your body.
Surprisingly, you really don’t have to do much to end your anxieties. You need an open mind and the use of a very good anxiety management program such as Panic Away by Barry Joe McDonaugh.
Ending your anxiety attacks is a series of small steps. All progresses toward the goal of living a normal life again.
I’m wishing for your best success,
Kate
