Amanda Seyfried Admits She Gets a Lot of Anxiety Attacks
For those who don’t know who Amanda Seyfried is… she is a 23 year old actress and a former child model.
Amanda is best known for your roles as Sophie Sheridan in the movie, Mamma Mia!
And recently, Amanda talked about her deepest feelings about herself… and one of them is anxiety attacks.
She said and I quote, “I suffer from anxiety attacks a lot,” she explained. “Like, the other day, I had an attack in the middle of a relaxing massage: My head was just spinning, and I felt nauseous! I was saying to myself, Just don’t make a scene! Finish this massage, or you’re going to be really annoyed with yourself.”
However, Amanda Seyfried credited her anxieties for giving her an edge while acting.
But the point of Amanda’s story is that she too has anxiety attacks… and I also want you to be aware of the fact that anxiety attacks may not be common… but it isn’t rare either.
And you SHOULD seek help to end your anxiety attacks or panic attacks. The sooner you do… the faster you will be on the right road to stopping your anxiety disorders.
Now, I always recommend that my readers see their doctor first for the correct diagnosis. Because many times… the panic attack or anxiety attack symptoms can mask a more serious underlying condition.
If your doctor clears you… and says that you do in fact suffer from anxiety disorders… then he will probably give you some choices… but these choices will only minimize your symptoms… medication and therapy.
The good news however, is that there ARE resources that you can check out for yourself to CURE your symptoms… FOREVER! And if you read my anxiety attack story… you will know that I used Panic Away by Barry Joe McDonagh to stop my anxieties dead in their tracks.
I suggest you check it out… the link to the official site for Panic Away is on my website… and what Panic Away is… it is an program that you can download right away to your computer and easily explains how to use advanced pychology to end your anxieties and fears.
Warmly wishing you the best,
Kate
