Use of Aromatherapy to Improve Your Mental Health Part 3
I talked about the use of aromatherapy in the two prior blog posts. Using specific scents in aromatherapy can help relieve your stress and anxiety. And other ways too…
For instance, if you want to boost the productivity of your work… you could use some scents that are based in Neroli and Nutmeg. These two scents have been recommended by aromatherapy experts and herbalists to increase productivity and reduce stress. Employers take note!
As I spoke about it in the prior posts… insomnia is a big problem. And there are some scents that you can try to see if you can help treat that disrupting and serious condition. Try scents from Petigrain, Lavender and Chamomile. They have been used by others to help them sleep and thus reducing extreme irritability and other physical health issues due to lack of sleep. Try these scents tonight to see if you can get a good night’s sleep!
But of course, you should keep track of the various scents and combinations that you have tried for your specific conditions and whether or not you noticed any benefits or positive results. This way, you can isolate the most effective scents for you and everyone in the office. Additionally, you may even want to try adding some scents to your vehicle as a way to relieve stress while driving. Many people spendĀ hours every work day just driving to and from work. Try some of these use of Aromatherapy scents today and you may even be amazed at the results!
Good scents to you,
Kate

Interesting post,
I am doing some research on natural ways to cure panic attacks and I came across your post.
I suffer from mild anxiety, and have used chamomile tea before as a stress reliever. Although it works, I really don’t like the taste. So it’s good to know there could be aromatherapy uses to cure panic/anxiety disorders.
