Use of Aromatherapy to Improve Your Mental Health Part 2


In my previous blog post about the use of Aromatherapy to improve your mental heath… I talked how you can enhance your energy levels and boost your moods with orange and cinnamon. Well, there are two more scents that you should try that can give you a lift if you are in a gloomy mood. Those scents are, Bergamot and Jasmine.

The way these scents work is they help minimize any anxious feelings that you have that is overwhelming your thoughts and mind. And when your dominant thoughts are depressing and counter-productive to maintaining a healthy and happy outlook on life… well, it makes sense that you want to reduce those bad thoughts before they making you moody and depressed.

So give those two scents a try to see if they can help you calm down your mind and body. You can even try to combine some of the scents that I mentioned so far to see if you get more benefits from them.

I’m going to give you two more scents to try also. They are Chamomile and Ylang Ylang. These are stress busting scents that you can use in aromatherapy. It can be a great balm for those who work or live in stressful environment and is seeking a natural, alternative remedy to lower their stress levels.
