Natural Ways for Overcoming Insomnia Part 3
This is my final blog post on natural ways for overcoming insomnia. To continue…
Exercise – Yes! Moderate exercises is an excellent way to help you sleep better at night. You don’t have to live in the gym or run a marathon… and you shouldn’t exercise before bedtime either… but just do a little each day…
The next suggestion is a pretty logical one… make sure your pillows and bed are just right for you. And makes sure your house isn’t too warm or too cold… just right does it…
You can also try acupuncture and teas that have calming properties such as lemon balm or chamomile.
And lastly, you may want to recheck your prescriptions because some of them might be the cause of your sleeplessness. So talk to your doctor or pharmacist about them.
I am wishing you the best of luck and hope you do find the peace that you deserve to sleep well at night… all night long,
Kate

Thanks for the tip on acupuncture, I have not tried this yet in my quest to get a good nights sleep.
