Natural Anxiety Remedies to Defeat Anxieties Part 3


This is going to be my last blog post on natural anxiety remedies that you can try…

So I’ll try to make it a good one!

And like I said in the past blog posts… always consult with your family doctor before combining herbs with prescription medication… there could be a reaction… so play it safe and talk it over with your doctor first.

OK… let’s get to work:

The B-Vitamins are supposed to be very effective in helping the body push off anxiety and stress. How about taking a B-Complex multi-vitamin supplement each and every day?

Try the St. John’s Wort. It is a herb and talk to your doctor first before taking it. But this herb can reduce the symptoms of anxiety and stress.

Truth be told… most anxiety is caused by… STRESS!! And for many of us… it is unavoidable. So the next best thing to do is find ways to alleviate and reduce the effect that stress is having on your body. Do that… and you may notice that your anxieties going away too. So find some balance within your life to reduce the stress. Be sure to get at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night. And take good care of yourself… eat good.

Some of you may not like my next suggestion… but it may be time to reduce your caffeine intake… and take up a moderate exercise program to give your body some stimuli. And try one of the natural anxiety remedies that I suggested in the past 3 blog posts.
