Natural Anxiety Remedies to Defeat Anxieties Part 2
I’m going to continue talking about some of the natural anxiety remedies that you can try to help bring relief. However, as I said in the previous post… always talk to your doctor before trying some natural remedies because it might react with your prescription medications.
The next natural remedies for anxiety is Valerian… a herb that has been used for effective treatment of insomnia and helps calm yourself. But check with your family doctor first.
I spoke of aromatherapy in my previous blog posts. Surprisingly, aromatherapy is a very effective alternative suggestion. It comes in both candle and oil based scents that brings about relief from anxieties. Some of the most effective scents are lavender, cypress, jasmine and geranium.
Another natural anxiety remedy is GABA which is the short form that stands for, Gamma-aminobutyric acid. This is an amino acid that can help reduce and calm your symptoms of anxieties by directly affecting your brain receptors.
