Natural Anxiety Remedies to Defeat Anxieties Part 1


First of all, some anxieties are just normal for each and everyone of us. However, some of us get extreme versions of anxieties and anxious feelings that won’t go away. The result is of course, that anxieties can ruin our lives. So if you are experiencing insomnia, tiredness, difficulties in reasoning, or headaches… perhaps you should give natural anxiety remedies a try.

But of course I need to say that if you are under treatment by your Medical Doctor… you should always ask your doctor before trying any natural remedies for anxiety because they react with your prescription medication. So ask your doctor first!

Having said that, natural remedies have been around for 100s and 1000s of years. And studies have shown that there is some benefits offered by natural remedies. Here is a couple for you to get started with:

Passion Flower – This is a herb that has been used for quite some time to help relieve the effects of insomnia and anxieties. And passion flowers may create less side effects than prescription drugs. But again, talk to your doctor first to discuss your personal treatment plan.

The other natural remedy that I wanted to tell you about is breathing exercises. That’s right… just doing deep breathing exercises can really help. Those who take Yoga and other meditation disciplines swear by it. You could try the various methods of deep breathing and see if one of them is perfect for you.
