Enjoy the Healthy Benefits of Green Tea Part 1


I have some great news if you are a tea drinker. More specifically, green tea. You see, there are a lot of ways to enjoy the healthy benefits of green tea and I will tell you all about it in the next couple of blog posts.

For many of you, drinking green tea may have started as a lark. You heard about the healthy benefits of green tea and was curious about it. Now, Green tea may have a nice and gentle flavor to it. But there is much, much more to the story.

Now green tea has been around for a very, very long time. At least 4,000 years ago, the ancient Chinese have known about the healthy benefits of green tea. And there are many other cultures around the world in the past history who knew about the secrets of green tea too.

First of all, green tea is probably one of the most healthy beverages that you can drink. Green tea was actually developed as the tea to drink for the sole purpose of healing ills and medical conditions.

And I believe the ancient Chinese people discovered that fact first. And they drank the green tea for 1000s of years.
