Alternative Way to Fight Off Depression with Exercise Endorphins Part 2
The biggest tip that I think I can give you is to try seeing if the exercise endorphins can naturally help make go away your moody feelings instead of going to see your doctor. It may be a cheaper and healthier option.
And as I mentioned in the post before… you may see other “benefits” as you regularly do moderate exercises… you may notice that your body is getting stronger and healthier.
And the biggest truth about exercises is this… most of us has totally forgotten to do them because exercises has become a lower priority in our lives. Instead, having a career, family and hobbies are more important… as a result… many of us don’t exercise anymore… and it is no wonder why our population is getting bigger every year.
So making exercises a priority again is important. But also remember… when you exercise (moderately of course) regularly… you will notice that the movements of the exercises will help your body produce serotonin which is a “feel good” type of hormones that will naturally help chase away your blues.
And sure… when you are feeling down… feeling depressed… it is kinda hard to get up and do some exercises. That is so true! So you are going to have to really, really push yourself to do them…
It is really up to you… do you want to continue your current moods or do you want to celebrate living?
