Aromatherapy Scent Can Be Used in the Treatment of Medical
Conditions
Aromatherapy scent has been used by ancient healers to invigorate
and stimulate the nerves within the nose. And these nerve endings go into the parts of the brain that is
responsible for certain functions.
And the way it works is the aromatherapy scent is from scented oils of parts of the plants, flowers or even...
bark! And every genuine aromotherapy scent has some purpose or is helpful for some medical conditions.
And the science of Aromatherapy is based on 1000s of years of experimentation and studies of ancient herbalists
and medicinal healers.
But I do want to make this point with you before I go on... the use of aromatherapy should NOT be used as a
substitute for medical advice from your doctor. Aromatherapy or any alternative remedies should be tried as a means
to enhance and work alongside with the treatment and advice of your medical doctor.
And of course, I am not a medical doctor either...
But there is something to be said for trying alternative remedies for relief and allieving conditions... these
methods have been used by traditional healers for eons. And it is always worthwhile to try them out to see if they
can help you.
So back to aromatherapy. The first one I like to talk about is Blue Tansy. It is thought that the scent of Blue Tansy can help with
certain types of allergies because this scent has a powerful effect on the nervous system. And it aids the
brochia dilating process.
Another benefit of the Blue Tansy is the management of pain because as I said before, this aromatherapy scent
has an effect on the nervous system which is directly responsible for the feeling of pain. Using this scent may
help relieve the stress and nervous tension that youa re feeling... and bring you to a state of being calm.
Two other aromatherapy scents that you may want to try for treating fatique is pine and Eucalptus scents. These scents work by helping minimize the
irritibility and drowsiness that you are feeling. And when you feel that way, that condition makes you feel
tired and lethargic. Trying these scents may invigorate your mind and help you think more clearly and stay more
alert throughout the entire day.
Another two aromatherapy scents are Lemongrass and sage scents. These both are excellent for treating fatique
and headaches. They work by also calming your nervous system and relaxing your inner self which can help reduce or
alleviate the pain of headaches.
For some of you with acne or skin problems, you may want to give sandalwood, lemon and/or cedarwood scents a
try. These scents help promote your body's ability to control the hormonal balance that affects the oil production
within your skin. Also, these three scents can also help relieve stress which can lower your chances of getting a
skin outbreak.
Give some of these aromatherapy scents a try. Who knows? One or more of them may give you exactly the help that
you have been looking for. You won't know unless you try them out for yourself and see what effects they have. And
aromatherapy can be as simple as lighting up a scented candle or heating up scented oils. Both methods may be
different, so try them both out to see if you can maximize the benefits of the scents.
