Recognizing Anxiety Depression Disorder
First of all, anxiety depression disorder is something that those who
have will feel an overwhelming anxiety plus depression. However, the "word" disorder is just an umbrella term that
include several different anxiety and panic attack terms. The term anxiety depression disorder can be
differentiated by having anxiety with a mask of depression following closely behind.
In short, it is a horrible condition for anyone to have. Although many of us live in a hectic lifestyle that is
constantly changing... having this disorder on top of everything is really an unraveling of a relationship we have
between living a normal one and living one that is under constant fear, worry and anxiety... and feeling really bad
about it.
Normally, we all have one form or another of anxiety and depression. But they don't remain long. You see,
anxiety is wired into us biologically. Our distant ancestors used anxiety to survive in nature. Pychologists call
it the "fight or flight" syndrome. Which means we have to make a quick decision whether to stay and fight off
whatever is bothering us... or run for our lives.
And being anxious forces us to make the decision because truth be told... the feeling of anxiety is
uncomfortable and we want to get rid of that feeling as fast as we can. So if we are worrying about something that
we have been procrastinating on... that anxious feeling will keep bugging us until we finally take action to
complete that particular task and move on in our lives.
But for some folks... the feeling of anxiety doesn't go away. And it can get worse and worse... or remain
constant for long periods of time.
My point is this... anxiety is normal... but having too much worry or worrying too long isn't a good thing for
our mental health. And sometimes, the constant worry and fears can overwhelm our defenses and control our daily
lives. And we become shut-ins... and we shut out others because we are so afraid.
It is easy to see that as we become more and more withdrawn from our normal lives... we can easily get
depressed. After all, most human beings crave touch and companionship... and the anxiety depression disorder can
take that away from us.
The first step of course is to see your doctor and be properly diagnosed. He may suggest that you take
prescription medication or set up an therapy session with a qualified therapist.
But the very first step is to SEE your doctor and get the ball rolling. Don't try to figure things out
yourself... it is too hard and besides, why reinvent the wheel when someone already figured things out for you?
So see your doctor... and then keep on seeking ways to size up your disorder and find ways to stop them from
reocurring. You heard me right... there is a way to naturally stop your anxiety and panic attacks in their
tracks.
And that way is... Panic Away by Barry Joe McDonaugh. This is a self help anxiety and panic attack
program that you can download right away from Barry's website so you can get back on the road to recovery faster
than you think.
But of course, you shouldn't go by my recommendation alone. You will find as you get on the Panic Away website,
that there are literally tons and tons of testimonials from former sufferers of anxiety and panic attacks... how
grateful they were to find this program and how much it helped them seize back control of their lives from this
disorder. And now they enjoy living a normal life again... just like you want to.
So if you are ready to END the hold this anxiety depression disorder has on you... then I really do suggest you
head over to the Panic Away site and check it out and what it will do for you. There is an iron clad
guarantee and everything... but truly... what is more important to you? Saving a lot of time and money or
continue to let your disorder control you?
I think the answer is obvious... but check it out anyways... I think you will be so glad you did.
I'll talk to you later,
Kate
