Natural Anxiety Attacks Treatment vs.
Medication
Let's start off this article with a disclaimer. I'm not a doctor or any type of expert in the medical field.
Everything written on my website is based on my personal experience and the research I've done.
Having said that, let's go a little further... you should definitely consult with your family doctor if you
haven't been diagnosed yet with anxiety disorder. There are two very good reasons for this. The first is that many
of the symptoms of panic and anxiety attacks are quite similar to those of more serious medical conditions. So
please go to your doctor and rule them out.
The second reason you should see your doctor is because he/her will make some anxiety attacks treatment suggestions how to treat your disorder. They may suggest that
you take some prescription medication or follow some therapy. Both options have pluses and minuses.
The pluses is that they can alleviate your symptoms. The minuses is that they only alleviate the symptoms. Not
cure it. Not end it. So if you stop taking the medication, your symptoms would more likely to come back because you
never dealt with the underlying condition. Also, medication can have side effects.
I hope this makes some sense to you.
This should be your first option until you feel you can move to the next step which is using self-help therapy
to train your mind to act normal again. It is possible and 1000s and 1000s of people have done it. So have I. And
you know what? So can you...
And sure, along the way to recovery, you are going to meet some folks who seems to think they know it all. And
they'll tell you things such as "pull it together" or "ignore it and it'll all go away, just you see."
Hogwash.
The truth is you DO need a little help to stop the cycle of anxieties. And you DO need to get the right
information to get on the right path.
And those people who give you unsolitited advice? They usually don't know what they are talking about and
usually have zero experience or qualification in the medical field. So stop listening to them and listen to the
experts who have created the effective program for you to really end anxiety and panic attacks and get you back
into your normal life again.
To sum it up. First see your doctor if you haven't already to rule out more serious medical conditions and be
diagnosed with anxiety disorder. Follow your doctor's suggestions to alleviate your symptoms. Search for
alternative ways to END your anxieties. Forever.
And live a normal life the way you always wanted to live it.
Sounds like a plan?
