Anxiety & Depression Syndrome
The anxiety & depression syndrome doesn't really discriminate when
it comes to victims. Just about anyone from any group of people no matter the age, gender, religion or race... can
get anxiety disorders. And you know what? Most people who have this don't readily seek help for their
conditions.
I can see why... nobody want to be perceived as "weak minded" or crazy... but this is a false impression created
by society. Women are more likely to seek help sooner than men because men try to work it out on their own and are
much, much slower to seek help.
But here is the plan... if you KNOW you have a problem controlling your anxiety... the very first thing you
should always do is seek the assistance of your family doctor. Get properly diagnosed with the anxiety &
depression syndrome because many of the common symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks are quite similar to symptoms
of more serious medical conditions. So it is always a good idea to have your doctor rule out those first. After the
initial screening is done, the next thing you should do is go through the options with your doctor how to manage
your symptoms so you can "normalize" your every day life.
Your doctor may suggest prescription medication... but of course, there may be side effects. The other option
your doctor may make is for routine therapy to see a counselor.
Both methods are very acceptable to the medical profession... however, these options may not be the best for
you. You see, medication and therapy just helps you cope and manage your anxiety and panic attack symptoms... but
the underlying conditions never go away.
So if you stop seeing the therapist or taking medication, chances are, your symptoms will come roaring right
back into your life again. I agree, this is just terrible.
The third option is using a self-help program that gives you the tools to "train" your mind to embrace the
feeling of anxiety and panics. The special and powerful pychological techniques that you use to do this is very
effective and most times, will quickly and permanently make your anxieties go away... forever.
So here again is what I suggest to take your life back from anxiety & depression syndrome, see your doctor.
Learn to control your symptoms. Then seek effective self help program that can make the anxieties go away
forever.
But the key thing here is you have to take action... you have to "own" the responsibility to take back your
life. Once you do that, you will find yourself on the path of a choice that leads to a normal and fulfilling life
again that is free from anxiety, fears and phobias.
And I'll tell you this... it is all possible do to Panic Away by Barry
Joe McDonaugh. Barry is a former sufferer that discovered how to cure himself using powerful pychological
techniques. And he put this information down on paper to help others duplicate his success. You will find that once
you land on his website, he lists all the testimonials of literally numerous people who are so grateful that there
is a way to rid themselves of anxiety disorder.
So take the time to check out the information quickly and decide if you are ready to shrug off the yoke of
anxiety and depression and experience the joy and happiness of a normal life again.
And here is another thing I want you to keep in mind... it is OK to seek help when you cannot manage your
anxieties anymore. There may be unhelpful people out there who are inconsiderate or just plain rude. Ignore them
for they have no idea what they are talking about and probably are oblivious to the idea that they are actually
hurtful and rude.
Instead, think about what you owe to yourself. And that is to be the best person you can be and live the highest
quality of life that you deserve. And to do that, you need to END the cycle of anxiety and depression that is
enveloping your life and making you feel miserable.
I hope this article really helps motivate you to seeking extra help to life a normal life again. To be happier
and more joyful of what life has to offer. And boy, life is wonderful when you give it a chance.
Hoping the best for you,
Kate
