Alternative Health and Healing Articles
I thought I should address some of the natural remedies that may "click" for you. You see, everyone is
different and your body may or may not respond to alternative health and healing remedies. I
think you owe it to yourself to try these suggestions and see if they work for you.
However, keep in mind that I'm not a medical professional and you are responsible for your own health. My
articles are for entertainment and thought provoking ideas only.
In short, you shouldn't rely on my articles solely for your health.
Having said that, you can try some of these ideas that I will be writing about for alternative health and
healing your body. After all, we have literally lived for 1000s of years without modern medical care... and there
are tons of herbs and minerals that have been used by tribes in rainforests worldwide to combat illness and
strengthen the body's natural defenses.
Alternative therapies isn't fully accepted by the modern medical establishment. Either because of competing
financial reasons or simply... that alternative therapies healing properties can't be explain satisfactorily... it
just works for some people.
