A Little About Me...
Hi there,
I'm Kate McSwain and the reason I did a lot of research into the panic attack and anxiety attack disorders was
because I used to have those conditions... I was so sick and tired of being a "victim" and decided to take back
control of my life..jpg)
And that is why I created this website... to share the important information that I found in the hopes that it
will help others overcome and defeat panic attacks.
However, I wanted to make sure you know that I found Panic Away to be extremely helpful in giving me the tool to
finally end the hold anxiety and panics had over me. And as I said before... there is nothing like getting back the
freedom to enjoy a normal life...
